Nicole Alvarez, testified on the fifth day of the Michael Jackson preliminary trial that multiple mystery packages Murray sent to her Los Angeles apartment arrived between April and June 2009. Alvarez is the mama of Murray’s child.

It has been reported in the last year that these packages contained Propofol and shipped from Murray’s pharmacy in Las Vegas. Testiomony today did not specifically state what was in the packages.
The prosecution produced packing slips showing six deliveries from a Las Vegas pharmacy -– the pharmacy from which Murray ordered propofol — to the apartment where she lived and Murray paid the rent. She said Murray told her he was having packages shipped to the apartment, but she never opened the boxes or looked closely at the return address.
Alvarez also received a phone call from Dr. Murray on the day Jackson died.
