Nicole Alvarez stumbles in court

Nicole Alvarez lived with Murray in her Santa Monica apartment. She described meeting Jackson who took an interest in her newborn child.

Alvarez described herself as an inspiring actress. She describes the schedule Murray had tending to Jackson as becoming later and later returning to their apartment as his care continued with the singer.

During a previous court appearance she said she had seen a contract between AEG and Murray. At this trial she seemed to deny she had seen the fax or the details including the $150,000 a month. Wow…..credibility lost…..She tried to backtrack but she looked seemed to appear guilty of lying.

So what does the jury think about a doctor that has girlfriends in every city, parades his girlfriends to his celebrity patient’s house and then seems to have one of them backtrack her already sworn testimony on the stand.

After a break the defense continued with Alvarez asking about phone records and calls placed the day Jackson died. They questioned a call she received from Murray on June 25, 2009. The call was at 1:09 p.m. He advised her he was enroute to the hospital with Jackson. He wanted her to be aware before hearing it on the news.

She later heard from Murray several times after that from Murray. She spoke in the afternoon with him. She claimed she could not remember reaching him. It seems rather interesting that this witness could not remember talking to her boyfriend about the death of the most famous entertainer int he world.

FedX receipts were also presented showing she signed for 7 packages at the apartment. She said she did not open the boxes.

She said she did not know what was in the box.
