Michael Jackson’s Death Investigation Complete

The Michael Jackson death investigation is now complete and should go the the D.A. in the next few weeks. It appears as well that Dr. Conrad Murray will be criminally charged in MJ’s death but we will have to await the results to know for sure.
Apparently the investigation was completed in December and will be formally presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney as soon as possible.
The schedules of LAPD, DA personnel, etc. have to be worked out but it should occur within a few weeks.
Although many people, especially Michael Jackson fans, feel Dr. Murray should be charged, the case is complicated. As such LAPD investigation was “exhaustive” and “extremely thorough” and it is being reported that the D.A. has enough evidence to pull the trigger on a criminal case against Dr. Murray.
One of the issues it is reported is that Dr. Murray did not break any laws in administering Propofol to Jackson. A decision as to whether charges will be laid has not been made but it is believed that involuntary manslaughter, which requires a showing of gross negligence will be the charge they go after.
If nothing else it cannot be denied that the way in which Propofol was used was completely contrary to any medical recommended use. There has not been a single medical professional that has stated they have seen it used in a home setting. In addition, from what has been reported, proper medical equipment to monitor vital signs were not present at the home, etc.
If this goes to trial it is going to be at least as big as the Jackson criminal trial in 2005. Michael Jackson Chit Chat magazine will cover this extensively as information becomes available.
