Dr. Murray is now a free man (at least for the time being) after posting $75,000 bail and can still practice medicine just not sedation. The Medical Board of California wanted the judge to immediately stop Dr. Murray in his tracks from practicing medicine as a condition to bail.
According to documents filed with the court, the Board believes Murray showed, “utter disregard for the care and well-being of the persons entrusted to his care” — namely, Michael Jackson.
The Board wanted the judge to do this because it can take a long time to revoke a doctor’s license but no….the judge only ordered that Dr. Murray not to administer anesthetics, including Propofol.
Now what do you think about the dear doc being able to continue working until April? Let us know what you think int he Speak Your Mind box below.
