Dr. Conrad’s phone records admissible

During the second week of the Michael Jackson manslaughter preliminary trial, Judge Michael Pastor ruled that data from Dr. Conrad Murray’s iPhone is admissible as evidence.

Murray’s attorney, Ed Chernoff, referenced the items in question … a few voicemails and 12 screenshots. The prosecution has been using this information along with testimony from witnesses to develop the timeline and events surrounding the singer’s death.

In addition to the voicemails and screenshots, testimony last week indicated Murray was using his phone quite a bit during the time he should have been monitoring his patient.
