Dad Wants Money From Michael Jackson’s Estate

Michael Jackson’s father is seeking a monthly allowance from the estate. Well I must say I wondered how long it would take before MJ’s father would seek money. This is the same guy who talked about a record deal/company days after his child died.
Seems Jackson Sr. wants MJ to pick up the tab to the tune of $15,000 a month. Here goes the itemized expenses:
Joe says he has $15,425 in total monthly expenses, including the following:
- $2,500 eating out
- $2,000 air travel
- $3,000 hotel bills
- $1,000 groceries
- $1,200 rent
- $50 charitable donations
The request seeking an unspecified amount for Joe Jackson was filed by lawyer Brian Oxman, who said there was no apparent reason for the administrators of the estate to not seek an allowance for the 81-year-old Jackson family patriarch.
Michael Jackson’s 2002 will, however, only called for money to be paid to his mother, Katherine, his three young children, and various charities.
A judge has approved more than $26,000 in payments to Katherine Jackson each month, and a $60,000 monthly payment for the care of the children.
The latest court documents say Joe Jackson receives a $1,700 monthly Social Security payment and had relied on his son for support for many years.
Joe Jackson sufferers from diabetes and had a stroke in 1998, the filing states.
“He does not have a regular or steady source of income, and he was dependent upon the money provided by his son, Michael Jackson, through his wife, Katherine Jackson, for his support,” the filing states.
James Bates, a spokesman for the administrators of Jackson’s estate, did not immediately respond to an e-mail seeking comment.
A judge denied Joe Jackson’s petition for an expedited hearing on the matter and his request to file the motion under seal.
Well what do you think? Jackson specifically left him out and this is the man that has been accused of beating him as a child.
Joe,please stop seeking for attention. In an interview,just weeks after your son was said to have died,you referred to him as ‘that man’. And weeks after his death,you were interested in making money than your son’s death. How pathetic can your life be? Michael left you out of his will for a reason. This is wht you get for making a decent man turn against you. Sorry Joe,but you cant have it. You have other kids. Michael wasnt your only child. Go harrss the others to take care of your expenses. You said you need $2500 for eating out? Well,how about you go to JoVhanne’s mother-ie,if thats how her name is spelt. She might be willing to cook for you…for free!!!! Or better yet,ask your love-child to take care of you. STOP,harrassing Michael now. I like really hate you with passion for what you did to Michael.
This is unbelievable.
First this is the father that beat the guy.
Second, this man made money for years off him and now claims proverty.
Third, MJ’s estate is between $300-$400 million in debt. If it made $100 now it has a long way to go before even paying off debt and is paying monthly for mom and kids.
Fourth, he was not named in the will. MJ did not want him to have $$$.
This guy needs to stop dining out with his womanizing friends and live within his means. He is the same fellow who talked $$ and business only days after his kids died.
