Company backtracks on Katherine Jackson’s permission

As we reported earlier today and news is now hitting the Internet, the company that stated a new track was distributed with Katherine Jackson’s permission is now backtracking on that claim.

This is the disclaimer now being included under the picture on the site:

From the archives of Jackson secret vault, we’d like to present a free authentic remake MJ track for the fans.

This track was NOT released by Mrs. Jackson, this is a dance remake created from unreleased masters in the JacksonSecretVault.com archives. We sincerely apologize to the fans for any confusion.

What was distributed as new is a remix and a bad one at that and Katherine knew nothing about this song being sent out over the Internet. Seems the official site is now running a disclaimer at the bottom stating Katherine knew nothing about this remix.

Take a look at our article earlier today. Something seriously needs to be done to protect MJ’s material.

Now our questions and concerns are still the same as earlier today. What is a company that does not have official estate permission doing peddling material or having material in their possession. We have no idea what contractual rights have been provided but serious lapse of judgment seems to exist on who Katherine Jackson is getting involved with or the professional integrity of this company.

It was clear that this material was sent out with complete lies and no permission. That alone should be grounds to sever connections. MJ would be rolling about this.

What we do know is that in the last few weeks we have learned that Katherine Jackson and Joe Jackson have allowed MJ’s kids to be filmed and be part of an interview with Oprah Winfrey. This is the same woman who ran shows of child molestation during his trial and in front of Lisa Marie’s Presley’s interview and now the one scheduled on Monday with the family. There seems to be no sensitivity to the fact that this woman many believe has shown her judgment clearly regarding MJ. His own brother Randy was furious and stated such that she was allowed in the house or near Michael’s children. Now we will see on Monday if they are on camera because many picture have already been sent out to media outlets showing them with Oprah.

Reports indicate that Joe and/or Katherine believe the children may follow Michael’s footsteps into showbiz. Why not. They did not seem to have a problem taking over MJ’s childhood with deadly consequences for their son. Why not do the same for his kids ensuring maybe the same success/disaster at the end of the day.

It has been reported by media before that this company has had very questionable connections (i.e pornographic businesses). If this is true, terrible vetting took place when setting up a business partnership. Exactly why was this company partnered with and how trustworthy can they be when they send out media completely lying about the origin of a song and claiming their partner has provided permission. This is truly disgusting…..

Katherine Jackson is started to either look like a complete fool or a manipulated partner in this. If it was not rumored that Joe Jackson was involved we could be more sympathetic but it appears that once again MJ and his rights are second thought.

Although some family members have been critical of the media with running with stories as if they were lies they must admit that it is their own mother and/or father who keep going to the media to publicize their next move or product connected to Michael Jackson. No one forced them to invite Oprah into their home, eat and talk, have MJ’s children part of this, produce books and go on national TV promoting them, setup website, give over rights to hundreds of pictures or recordings, etc.

There is an old saying….don’t shoot the messenger.
