Joe Jackson’s has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray. Joe’s lawyer, Brian Oxman, is filing it today and asking for unspecified damages in connection with the death of Michael Jackson. The lawsuit lists Katherine Jackson and Michael’s three kids as “nominal” plaintiffs.
