Dr. Murray charged but can continue practicing

Dr. Murray is now a free man (at least for the time being) after posting $75,000 bail and can still practice medicine just not sedation. The Medical Board of California wanted the judge to immediately stop Dr. Murray in his tracks from practicing medicine as a condition to bail. Read more
