AEG talks about contract with Conrad Murray

AEG attorney Kathy Jorrie told the jury on day 2 that she drafted the contract between AEG, Dr. Murray, and Michael Jackson.
Murray initially asked for $5 million to be Michael’s doctor. When that offer was refused the final figure was $150,000 per month including the months that the “This Is It” concert was on hiatus.
Jorrie testified, Murray also demanded a CPR machine for MJ while he performed in London. He also never told her that Propofol was being used to sedate the singer.
Jorrie told the court that she asked why a CPR machine and other equipment was needed. She said based on MJ’s age and the strenuous nature of the show he did not trust the O2 arenas equipment.
Jorrie says she spoke to Murray on June 24th. Murray told her he had seen Michael perform and that he was in “perfect health.” This was a day before he died.
She also said the contract was never signed by all parties, and no payment was ever made to Murray by AEG.
